Refund policy

- Returns
You may return any item purchased from our Islamic jewelry brand within 10 days of receipt for a full refund, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
- Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchange
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or design, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order to arrange for an exchange. We will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used towards the purchase of a new item.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.
- Custom Orders
Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged.
- Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is damaged or defective.
- Refusal of Refunds
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent or abusive behavior, or if the item returned is not in its original condition.
